Dr. Sampson is an experienced real estate broker and investor, with a commitment to successfully advocating for her clients. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, she actively pursues professional and personal development to stay current on progressing market trends, policy efforts, and programming, to provide the best service possible. She is not only a licensed real estate broker but has served as both a teacher and school administrator. Driven by the mission to provide meaningful connections and experiences for students aspiring to become STEM professionals, she launched STEM Career Prep in 2019. STEM Career Prep seeks to empower students through mentoring and strives to empower all young people who are interested in STEM through exposure to STEM career fields.
Dr. Sampson also enjoys serving her community through financial empowerment. She is a licensed real estate agent, in both Maryland and Washington, D.C. She has enjoyed helping clients who represent groups of service including teachers, active military members, first responders, and veterans. Dr. Sampson has also worked with adults who look to sell and relocate to age restricted housing communities. Dr. Sampson is the proud mother of 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching competitive sports, and outdoor activities with her family.
Rashi Givens

Rashi became interested in real estate in his youth while viewing model homes with his mother and imagining all the possibilities to make the empty spaces into homes. Although he's been established in other careers since his childhood days, his passion for real estate has only grown over time. Rashi's experiences and training have provided him with the tools to successfully multi-task and handle the toughest of challenges with efficiency and ease. This knowledge coupled with his undergraduate degree in psychology have provided him with valuable skills that he utilizes daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

James Love Jr.
Growing up in Prince George's County, James Love Jr was heavily influenced by his parents who both dedicated their lives to service. His Father being a pastor, and his mother a lifelong teacher, James Love Jr started his career track in the military service with the United States Marine Corps and after four years receiving an honorable discharge.
James Love Jr then served the Department of Homeland Security for seven years before serving with the Maryland State Police as a Trooper. James Love Jr then transferred to the Metropolitan Police Department in the Nation's Capital where he has remained for the past 8 years.
Burdened with a desire to increase his value and service to the world, James Love Jr became licensed as a Realtor in October of 2020. James Love Jr was not satisfied to just be a Police Officer. James Love Jr is and was destined for more. James Love Jr has a relentless drive to help out and assist his clients with their real estate needs and when a client is assigned to him with the tenacity of a Honey Badger, he proceeds to help his clients accomplish the mission.
